IMHO, Very important part of the Jim Caviezel development/transformation...but, what do I know, it's one of the few of his works I've seen. I just love how he plays this role, and how his relationship with the police woman develops, and draws him back into the present. I would equate his portrayal in this film to that of Benno Fürmann's portrayal in, "The Princess and the Warrior," from 2000. I'm not gay , but I love these two men in these two films almost as much as the women they support! haha (OMG, I don;t even remember Sonia Braga being in this...WOW!) Jennifer Lopez' acting is really good in this...you've prolly enjoyed her two biggest Rom-Com's, as I have, but, if you haven't seen this you've gotta!
