[spoiler]He will spend hundreds of years traveling the world, learning all there is to know. He will learn every language. He will read every book. He will know every land. He will spend thousands of years creating stunning works of art. He will learn to meditate to control pain, as wars will be fought and great loves found, and lost, and found, lost, and found, and found, and found, and memories built upon memories until life runs on an endless loop. He will father hundreds of thousands of children, whose own exponential offspring he’ll slowly lose track of through the years, whose millions of beautiful lives will all eventually be swept again from the earth. [/spoiler] [spoiler]And still, Bill will continue. He will learn more about life than any being in history. But death will forever be a stranger to him. People will come and go, until names lose all meaning, until people lose all meaning and vanish entirely from the world. And still, Bill will live on. "You are forgiven". It's Such a Beautiful Day is directed by Oscar wining Don Hertzfeldt, has the story is split into three chapters of are main character's life. The main character is called Bill, who's memory is slowly failing and has Absurdism visions. This 62 minute film takes you the viewer on a journey inside this mans daily life and his past. While watching the movie I quickly noticed that the stick man character (Bill) was a bit like me in some scenes. For example: he makes up people in his head that don't exist in real life just because everyone around him feels the same, just like me when I was younger. Bill is also awkward to be around and he's not sure about everything really. Straight away Bill is already an interesting character that I understand him deeply as a person. It's very clear that Don Hertzfeldt had a vision and a voice for this movie and all of those two things was seen and heard in this movie, because Don vision came to life in animation. That's the best part of this movie is the animation, as it had that moody and yet strangely beautiful feel to it that can't be explained. The animation was intriguing and perfect for a movie like this. Overall rating: "It's Such a Beautiful Day" is a bold, emotional, intriguing and challenging animated movie. If you haven't seen this movie then I say it's worth checking out.

A combination of three short films and with such techniques which I haven’t seen before is fantastic, no wonder feel like tearing up over a stickman drawing. Don Hertzfeldt did such an amazing job and not just some draw my life but it’s much more emotional rollercoaster. Really love how he blends drawing art style with real life imagery and this becomes much more frequent around like last 10 minutes of it. There is a chance I might have seen clips of It's Such A Beautiful Day in High School by a teacher but don’t really remember but wish I knew more about it at the time. This is truly one of the greatest animation made in 2010s and if not possibly all times.

It’s so cutesy that it is actively annoying.
