The pacing was sooooo weird and stilted (like super bad), but the acting was ok, so it balances out to where the movie is basically just ok. I really liked the breakfast club reference. But the principal being an Effie wanna-be was a little too much, it was too on the nose. Actually, the whole movie went a little too far with the HS movie cliches, to where it almost feels like the movie is making fun of itself. Is it a parody or just a comedy? The line was somewhat blurry. But like seriously, WTH was up with the pacing? Such an awkward progression of events.

Enjoyed this more than I thought I would, just picked it randomnly on netflix. But the storyline was pretty funny and had a deeper meaning to it.
