So the production values are poor, even for the time... And it's all a little over-earnest. But it's hard to not acknowledge what was foresaw and how. I believe... And here's a little a little tidbit for you... Prince watched this in a motel that had HBO in 1982. He thought it was riveting. The song he wrote afterwards was 1999... "when I woke up this morning, could have sworn it was judgement day. The sky was all purple, there were people running everywhere, trying to run from the destruction" Not to mention writing a song about the future year and the end of the millennium... 7/10
