Is there a reason why Chika talks like a fucking retarded?

So this was an okay film, acting was mediocre and story was very limited. They managed to stretch the brief overview into an hour and a half of [spoiler] montages, sort-of cringey encounters and a mildy-appealing sympathy story. [/spoiler] Wouldn't recommend watching it, but wouldn't say don't watch it.
