Synopsis
Dear Dictator suit les aventures de Tatiana, une adolescente marginale qui commence à écrire des lettres au général Anton Vincent, très célèbre dictateur anglais dans les Caraïbes. Lorsque Vincent est renversé par un coup d’état, il décide de rejoindre Tatiana qui vit avec sa mère célibataire. En se cachant dans la banlieue, Anton apprend à Tatiana comment déclencher une révolution dans son école en remettant à leur place les lycéens les plus populaires et s’emparant de tout le pouvoir !

I may be leading a rebellion on this page judging by the other comments, but this wasn't that bad! Yes, it is politically insensitive, and yes it is rough around the edges, but it also brought a funny twist on the high school comedy genre. So, despite the flaws within, I have only one thing to say. Viva la revolution!

Not really sure if this movie should constitute as a comedy. But then again, i am not really sure if it should constitute as a movie either. It looks more than anything as the biggest waste of my time in this century.

If you're looking for an excuse to avoid painting the living room or taking out the garbage then this is for you... otherwise bluh. 2/10
