Julie Benz and David Sutcliffe star in the Hallmark romantic comedy _Charming Christmas_. When Meredith plays Mrs. Claus at her family’s department store, she finds herself budding heads with the store Santa who doesn’t like her sales tactics. Benz and Sutcliffe both give strong performances and have good chemistry together. Also, the characters are well-written and there’s a nice message about putting people before profits and family before career. Still, the plot is formulaic and predictable, and a bit cliché at times. Yet overall, _Charming Christmas_ is an entertaining film that’s sure to brighten up the season.
