Can't wrap my brain around how this isn't called Love at First Flight. Cute, but I wish they hadn't leaned into the statistical thing so hard, made it a bit cheesy. And the Jamila parts were weird, I wish she was just the narrator and then maybe popped up at the end. I think the core story about a chance encounter, missed connection, a wedding, and a funeral was plenty without these other gimmicks. They detracted from a surprisingly touching and poignant story. But overall enjoyable; definitely scratches that romance itch!
Enjoyed this one way more than I should have. A good, light hearted easy watch.
The kept calling a Ford Transit van a Sprinter van. It even showed the badge as being modified to "Transition"
I never thought I needed a statistics meets romcom movie but now I WANT MORE!
I really don't get all the hype with this one. It's a generic rom-com with all the traditional cliches. I mean, it's not terrible, but I guess it would be a great fit with the ones in Hallmark or Lifetime. If you want a traditional corny rom-com, you certainly will be delighted. Nothing less, nothing more.
