The first time I watched that movie I didn't know what to expect but I immediately like the creepy mysterious atmosphere in this movie! One of my favorite Mystery/Horror movies.
The director/writer appears to have lost their train of thought on what the message or reveal was supposed to be. That or there was a severe breakdown in translation from script to film. Either way this film leaves a lot of questions around the events which took place, questions that will never have answers.
6/10 Fair Rather poor for it's Subject matter for which I am a massive massive fan of, but this just seemed to be lacking on well the subject. Yes I enjoyed all the buildup and mystery and suspense but the payoff was piss-poor to be honest. I worked it out before the movies conclusion and then it sorta just Left me hanging with Well what's with all the... It ended in the exact typical fashion scene for scene as the rest of the movies in this category and I was like "I knew it", my problem was the execution it just wasn't as tight as it should have been and that alone made it drag a little especially in the third act. That being said I absolutely love this category and therefore I enjoyed this movie because as I always say their just isn't enough of these certain types of movie out there or being made so I take what I can.
