Mystery and laughs are afoot when _Abbott and Costello Meet the Killer, Boris Karloff_. The story follows two cousins that work at a hotel where a high powered lawyer is killed and set out to find the murderer, only to find that the hotel is full of suspects; any of whom could have done it. Despite what the title implies, Karloff is more of a supporting character; though he has a couple of good scenes. Still, overall the writers do a solid job at crafting a mystery and at laying out clues and suspects. The comedy is also well-done; mixing slapstick and wordplay (though is does get a little ridiculous at times). Incredibly entertaining, _Abbott and Costello Meet the Killer, Boris Karloff_ is a fun romp.
One of the poor entries in the A&C catalog. Really not funny and not worth the view. Boris Karloff is utterly wasted, but an early sequence with Lou as a bellhop was fairly good. So shut it off after about 10 minutes and you will be safe.
