The fact that this movie is quite better than the first part, but still so awful...is shocking. This is definitely just a movie for the audience of Hong Kong and China or people that know a lot about the topic. We lose a lot of time on a joke about a dude in a suit that eats chocolate? I guess it is a character that Chow Yun-fat has played before and is very popular, as we see that joke in the first movie too....but beats me about what's all that about. I'd say there is absolutely nothing here for the general audience outside Hong Kong and China
