A solid noir with a simple plot and predictable twists. However, everything else the genre requires is here: a naive eccentric, a femme fatale and her scams, a suitcase full of other people's money, and a bunch of scumbags of varying degrees of danger looking for both the heroes and the jackpot. It's presented interestingly, and it's nostalgic, too.

Never heard of it until I went down a Kilmer rabbit hole. It wasn't bad. Nothing new and some laughable moments (more so when it came to shooting at people).

It is a conventional thriller.

Pretty cool little modern noir. All the classic tropes are there and they're done fairly well. It's nothing groundbreaking or all that memorable, but if you're looking to kill some time and want a film noir fix, you should enjoy.
