Starts strong and ends weak. It's more a drama medical than a comedy sci-fi, there's no humour other than for it's absurd premise. I kept waiting for the movie to start veering towards a more comedic "fish out of water" perspective but nothing ever happens and a significant portion of the movie is taken up with a police chase that overstayed it's welcome. There's obviously a budget here as there's dozens of police cars, a helicopter, dirt bikes, and two prosthetic heads that look better than anything from John Carpenter's 'The Thing'... but then the movie quickly wraps up, stops, and credits roll, leaving you screaming "THAT'S IT!!?". There's no conclusion, there's no character arc and no one learns anything. Such a shame for this loss of potential.
