Pretty week installment, but let's be real here, it's no worse than the majority of the entries in this franchise. The story beats are all expected by this point, so nothing new is happening, but it is appreciated that they stick closer to the source material, and the aspect of having the protagonist a nam vet, makes it interesting. But the movie lacks bite. That can be blamed mostly on it being a TV movie though... this is strictly for fans of this franchise.
