Synopsis
La jeune Eve écrit des chansons en rêvant de les entendre un jour à la radio.À l'issue d'un concert, elle rencontre James, musicien timide et romantique qui donne des cours de guitare à Cassie, une fille des quartiers chics.Dans un Glasgow pop et étudiant, ils entreprennent bientôt de monter leur propre groupe.Un film musical de Stuart Murdoch, leader du groupe Belle et Sebastian.

I stumbled across this movie on one of the "best indie movies that you've never seen" list. It's a charming and engaging little movie filled with some pretty good music and a good story. While I enjoyed my time watching it I do have to agree with one of the reviews that I read after the fact. The film did feel a bit thin but that might be par for the course in a musical. While Emily Browning did an amazing job with her songs I couldn't help but think that they could have done better with the other female lead.
