This movie is like if you took all the ambition of Star Wars… but rather than capturing lightning in a bottle, you managed to get struck by every single bolt.

some of the set and effects are really fairly impressive, acting is not so hot.

My expectations were low and it still managed to disappoint.

I wasn't expecting much but the SFX makes Blakes 7 look like an Oscar winning $100m production, the models I built as a seven-year-old were better, and the acting is just bad, really awful.

Terrible. The dialog was about as good as if it was improvised by a bunch of pre teens. The costumes are what you expect for a Roger Corman film.
