Funny watching this from a time where Influencers and Nudge Units are normal, this was quite a watch. And for anyone who remembers Andy Griffith, even more so. His deliberate accent / overacting did get grating over time, but that was probably deliberate It wasn't the greatest movie ever, but pleased I watched it.

It’s a surreal feeling watching a film made 70 years ago that is a precise commentary on current society. A double feature of A Face in the Crowd and Network will one day allow me to summit new heights of cynicism.
