Synopsis
Dans une petite ville d'Angleterre, à Keighley, se prépare le Championnat National de coiffure. Phil, un coiffeur à l'ancienne, avait jadis remporté cette compétition, avant que son épouse, Shelley, ne les quitte, lui et son fils Brian, pour refaire sa vie avec son amie Sandra. Ray Robertson, le rival de Phil, débarque à Keighley avec sa fille Christina comme modèle. Il n'y a pas que les très convoités Ciseaux d'Argent qui sont en jeu.

>"One of the nastiest double crowns I've ever had the misfortune to tackle." I started this thinking I was going to hate this movie for having Josh Hartnett speak with a british accent, but it actually had some heart. That being said, Rachael Leigh Cook shouldn't have turned down the role of Rogue in X-Men for this.

This movie just makes me smile. It brings back all the memories of the '90s and 00's that, we of a certain age remember. If you've had as many bad hairdos as I've had this movie will really make you smile. Brilliantly acted by Rickman and Nighy. I think this is a perfect afternoon movie and sprinkles a little joy in your day.
