Although this is an interesting subject, the approach taken in this documentary is more than a little superficial. For once, by Netflix standards, it is far too short and just skims the surface of Rob Ford's career. There are some jaw-dropping moments, but their detail and background remain unexplored. It is still a fascinating watch, but could have been so much more.
