I loved this movie as a kid and it doesn't disappoint 40 years later and a true Disney classic. Its very much a live action cartoon but some really beautiful shots in that classic Disney style. Everyone should watch this movie at least once.

A comedy that is silly but also heartwarming. It is a bit dated but it is still good, lighthearted entertainment.

Just rewatched this for the umpteenth time this weekend. Never disappoints. I know it is not its main intention as a family comedy, but this is possibly the greatest love letter to classic racing ever put to film. Come for the comedy and warm-hearted story, stay for the unbelievable cars and racing nostalgia.
