The story of a doctor arriving in a weird city where there are lots of doctors but people are never really sick. Everybody just gets drunk all the time every day, and some days they eat too (but it actually looks rare). There are a lot of characters and it's a bit hard to follow who's who in the beginning (specially as they mostly all do one thing: drink). Sometimes there are some weird, almost magical, little things happening, hard to tell if they are real or alcohol induced. By the end a lot of tragedy happen, but at that moment, due to technical issues, the sound and images were not in sync with several minutes shift, which made it pretty hard to understand what was happening. Despite that, and the almost lack of an actual story, this was enjoyable enough to watch.
