I don't say this often.... this is a movie for people that like movies. And by "movies", I mean "good movies". Put simply, it was an honor to watch this movie. I am a sucker for non-traditional romance and this one had me from the start. In many ways reminded me of 2024's Sanctuary in that an entire world and story were expertly crafted inside of four walls. While Sparks does a fabulous job as one of the leads, it is Marin Ireland that steals this show. Her character went through a wide variety of changes, and she nailed every one of them whereas it might not have felt so organic with a lesser actress.
