Synopsis
Krudsky le Magnifique, un magicien de carnaval raté, dérobe la lumière magique à Willow, la princesse des fées. Scooby-Doo et Sammy ne doivent pas perdre une seconde pour empêcher cela ou sinon tout le monde se verra transformé en horribles monstres d'Halloween. Scooby-Doo et ses amis embarquent alors sur le Train de la Mort en direction du monde fantastique d'Halloween pour récupérer le puissant Sceptre Goblin.

Definitely the best of the 3 Scooby-Doo Halloween Movies. It also has the best voice cast as well. I wonder how Velma would debunk real monsters being in this one. Everyone was on acid ?

I wouldn’t go as far as saying this was bad, but it wasn’t as good as most other Scooby-Doo movies. I’m sure kids out there everywhere will love this, and that’s fine. But as an adult, this one did little to impress and holds no nostalgia bias for me. Rating: 2/5 - 6.5/10 - Not Recommended to Everyone

A weird but entertaining fantasy Scooby-Doo movie. It is different but fun. The voice cast for a made for DVD movie, is amazing. Since two recent Scooby-Doo movies were about proving Velma right, that monsters don’t exist. I‘d hate to see what the excuse for this one would be. Shaggy and Scooby were on a bad acid trip ?
