This movie has a good premise and a interesting back story that left me wanting more. One thing I find interesting is the idea of this known formula we seen before about contract killers in the eyes trough an old woman. Nothing I has seen before regarding that. Even, the actions look close to be as much as honest it can be to the interpretation about how this old woman fight and brawls against younger men and further in the story the antagonist. There are tropes in this movie in regards how the story unfolds, the backstabbing and the ultimate showdown against the protagonist and the antagonist. Which I found very cliche but the reasoning was somewhat unique in itself. The movie has this continues mentioned layer, of what is the meaning of being old, useful or non use at all. Which is just that, and obvious at that regarding who we are fallowing. While you expect this to be action packed, it has an incredible balance of telling a dramatic story within actions that are delivered with purpose rather than spectacle and nonsensical filler.

The summary here is totally different from the movie, and that's good because it was more original than the usual old timer + rookie teamup. It plays for a while on whether he's just a psychopath, someone fascinated by her legend, or someone that wants to fight her. I generally like movies with heroes that are too old for this shit, and this is a good one on that level. The fights are dynamic and well filmed. The story in between is ok, could have been a bit shorter. The last fight is dragging a bit though, and I'm not a fan of the whole [spoiler]he was just a little boy crying inside[/spoiler] thing, but that's just the ending. A bit more flashbacks from her beginnings would have been nice. The concept of their agency is original and elaborating more on it could have been interesting: where does that come from, how do they validate/approve their customers, what's the price, how do the customers know of them and find them, etc. Also the guy seeing his kid while doing his job, that was such an original concept. Not sure it would have fit into the movie, this was not about that and this would have distracted from the main storyline, but it was also weird to come up with [spoiler]it wasn't real[/spoiler], because it was not just one sight, he pursued her until he got caught on camera. But anyway, that's an idea that I don't think I've seen a movie about. Could be nice.
