Synopsis
Un boxeur à la retraite qui se voit offrir une dernière chance de gloire. Avec seulement six jours pour atteindre le poids requis pour un combat pour le titre, son obsession le laisse à la merci d'un entraîneur mal famé qui lui demande de donner tout ce qu'il a, tant physiquement que mentalement. Caitlin incarne la seule personne dans son entourage qui tente de le ramener du bord du gouffre.

Sorprendente Orlando Bloom en esta película que, si no fuera por él, sería un telefilme de sobremesa. Un retrato crudo sobre el sacrificio físico para cambiar de categoría que funciona, aunque el guion no arriesgue nada y hayamos visto esta historia diez veces antes. Para pasar el rato y poco más.

I get the message of the movie... do whatever it takes. But come on now! Cutting off those two fingers and then weighing in with a blood soaked towel, that towel weighs more than those two fingers!

For a movie about a boxer, it is 98% drama and only 2% of actual boxing.

CM Punk! CM Punk! CM Punk! Orlando Bloom as CM Punk who tries his hand at a 3rd combat sport. 10 minute movie with 80 minutes of losing weight and a ridiculous ending. Good performances, but no substance despite the tragic trauma CM Punk, er, Blooms character goes though.
