Synopsis
C.D. Bales est un pompier intelligent et sensible mais qui a grand nez. Quand une astronaute, Roxanne, arrive en ville, il tombe amoureux d'elle. Mais, il n'ose pas l'aborder. Son nouveau partenaire, très attirant mais superficiel, tombe également amoureux d'elle. Ce dernier demande alors à C.D. de l'aider à la séduire. C'est l'adaptation moderne de la pièce d'Edmond Rostand, Cyrano De Bergerac.

Steve Martin is great in this movie. Without him, this movie wouldn't be worth watching.

Fun movie when I was a kid. Still like it. Love the sights of the town, i wanted to live there. Gorgeous.

What a charmer. Everything I hoped it would be. I've seen parts of it over the years but this is the first time I sat down and got the whole thing.

A contemporary version of the classic tale of Cyrano de Bergerac. The movie its stylised but it works because of the excellent performances of the main cast, namely by Steve Martin.
