[Festival Scope] A kind of stoner comedy transposed to the reality of Kazakhstan, with corrupt border guards, relations between Russian-Kazakh communities, deserts and sheeps. It has the virtue of being accessible without too much difficulty and without sacrificing local themes and idiosyncrasies. But in the end it doesn't finish building a trio of characters that are really as nice as this type of comedies needs, it uses too common directing resources and its comic capacity is rather reduced.
