Satyam Sundaram Meiyazhagan is a heartwarming and well-made movie with a simple but powerful story, showing relationships in a real and emotional way. I totally loved it—these are my kind of movies. We need films like this once in a while. The movie has my whole heart. It also proves that you can sit through the entire 3 hours if the content is on point, relatable and empathetic. I didn’t even notice, and suddenly it was the interval! Go watch it with your family.

Heartwarming & emotional, Watch & wont regret

I finished watching Meiyazhagan and honestly, I am still processing it. It is such a quiet and emotional film that stays with you. It made me think about how we all change as we grow older and lose the happy person we used to be. Somewhere along the way, life's struggles make us cold and lifeless, and we forget our own old selves. The movie also hit me hard with the idea that small things we do not even remember can mean so much to someone else. A kind word or a shared moment from years ago might be a treasure for another person. It also reminded me how important connections and friendships are to keep us grounded. Without people who remember us, we can easily lose our way. The performances by Karthi and Arvind Swamy feel so real and natural. It is a beautiful film that made me want to call an old friend and just talk.

It was a really good movie . Although there are a lot of better movies , there is no other movie which felt so personal to me . I grew up with a huge family in a small village with a lot of cousins . This movie reminded me of how we used to play , how they used to take care of me . How we used to play in temples , roam around the village . I am from Rajasthan and I have never been to Tamil Nadu yet this film feel so personal to me

What a journey !! Those 2.45hrs was with them, in their ‘Needhamanglam Each & every emotions were hits hard. After ‘96 i didn’t felt these much love to a tamil cinema. Truly a feeeel good !! #ArawindSwami #Karthi
