Legendary Movie. I loved it.
"I've been usin' some fruity soaps, Maggie." "I've noticed." Death, fraud, and pig shit... this was so sweet! Love how all the stories tied together in the end. And that twist Is it just me, or does Ian Bannen look a lot like Colin Farrel? Or is it just the Irish accent?
Millions of pounds for a village in Ireland.
Theres a few moments that drag or dont capture my attention, but as a whole, this is such a delightful, feel good film thatdoesnt feel sappy or overly sentimental. The soundtrack and the outside b-roll makes me yearn for visiting the Ireland countryside. A gem of the late 90s!
Brilliant film with a soundtrack to die for.
