Everybody.. everybody! should watch this film because it's lovely, and has a great sense of humour, and cats are cool :P
This is Disney from my childhood. Hand painted animation, not that CG stuff. It is one of the first movies I ever saw and even after almost 50 years it still makes me smile and laugh. A timeless classic.
This movie has all the makings of a classic 1. Incredible soundtrack 2. Racist drummer 10/10
Find someone who looks at your family the way O’Malley looks at Duchess and the kittens
“Everybody wants to be a cat!” Disney pumps out yet another mediocre animated children’s film with _The AristoCats_. Derivative of their previous works (especially _Lady and the Tramp_), the plot follows a pampered cat and her three kittens as they try to make their way back home after being dumped in the countryside by a butler who resents them. The characters are pretty fun, yet stick to the standard Disney stereotypes. And of course, there are several entertaining musical numbers. However, the animation is rather poor and the voice work is unimpressive. It’s also a hard sell to route for a crazy cat lady who’s trying to give her vast fortune to her cats, sacrebleu! _The AristoCats_ has some charming moments, but overall it’s a substandard effort from Disney.
