I will start off with some positives for this how. I absolutely loved the OST for bleach I thought Shiro Sagisu did an amazing job. Now to the negative.... The show went on too long and had too many fillers. It seemed like there were whole seasons that did not advance plot or character development.

A Decent Story but an Exhausting Watch Through This anime is about Soul Reapers, Bounts, Viserods, Hollows, and Quinces, and all of their differences in the three worlds: Seireitei and the World of Living, Hueco Mundo. The story starts as simple as a boy accidentally becoming a soul reaper and fighting against hollows as he lost his mother to a Hollow. Then story is developed and expands with more characters with more details as the story progresses. I intend to divide the story into 4 major arcs to review each story arc easily. I watch this anime avoiding the filler episodes as they don't change even a thing in the main story. In the first story arc, Ichigo and his team invade Seireitei to rescue Rukia. This arc involves new characters from Seireitei. All the characters were written well and all were admirable. But the fight sequences were elaborate for too long with more dialogue. That's the exact problem I got with Naruto, too, but this anime has more of it. It's a bit tiring and exhausting to spend 40 episodes to watch a rescue mission. I started to regret why I thought to watch this anime, still I continued to watch. But teasing the upcoming villain and story arc was written and well-made. In the second story arc, the Bounts seek revenge on Soul Reapers. This story kicks off in the World of Living confronting Ichigo and his team. Again, invading Seireitei and more characters with the Bounts. This storyline is more detailed and expanded than the previous one. The Bounts' origins were good. The fight sequences between Soul Reapers and the Bounts felt repetitive and annoying after a certain period. The ending of this story arc was good. The third story arc is the longest in animation. Aizen, the villain was teased in the first story arc. This story arc is more detailed and expanded by many characters and sub-stories. The Visoreds are introduced in this arc. The villain's objective, his flashbacks, his experiments, who are Visoreds etc, were set well. The Hueco Mundo is explored more in this arc with types of hollows, Arrancars etc. I consider it to be a better one than the previous arcs. But still, it is made by longer fights with more dialogue. There is a mini 25-episode arc 'Fullbringers'. I am not interested in talking about it. It should be avoided as filler but it seems to be canon to the story. The fourth story arc is the Quincy King. This particular arc is the most interesting as it has a powerful villain and a compelling story. The fight sequences are more admirable than the previous seasons. The questions, the twists and the character arcs are all well-made. This storyline is still average compared to the animes I watched but best of the rest of this anime's story arcs. I tried to review without giving away any bit of this anime. I can give an elaborate review or series of reviews about demerits more than merits. But I don't wish to do the same as this anime did to me. The anime is a decent one, but I can't compare it with Naruto, even though they both have the same pattern of storytelling. I consider Naruto to be better. The animation was good for its time and the change of style can observed as I finish each season. The animation in the Current season is Thousand Years Blood War is at its peak. The music was good and admirable, too, until the current season, Thousand Years Blood War. The music is as bad as possible except for one BGM. In conclusion, I can't say I enjoyed most of this anime. It is a decent story with multiple characters, arcs, twists etc. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone due to its long duration. Watch it at your own risk.
