First truly disappointing episode. Side stories and budget management. Sad how common this is getting nowadays.
SO GOOD! I love the Show so far. And this is probably the best episode yet.
This episodes moves away from the Mayor and almost exclusively focuses on Patricia. It starts of a bit slow but quickly engaged me with Patricia's back story and struggles. I won't leave any spoilers but it takes a spooky, interesting and intense turn near the end and left me "hanging" till the next episode.
This show has grown on me a lot over the past two episodes. I like that it's a horror comedy but doesn't throw a gag at you every 30 seconds. It's more high-brow and refined. Episode 1 didn't really hook me, but now I'm fully hooked. There's lots of attention to detail in the visuals and dialogue, which often goes unnoticed, but to me that's the difference between a 7-8/10 and a 9-10/10. I'll save my rating until the finale but right now this is in solid 9-10/10 territory.
The episode was a ton of secondhand embarrassment for Patricia. Felt bad for her, since she seems nice enough
