Overall cute, charming, and funny. You really root for the characters to be able to move forward with adoption. Nikki and Jason are such sweethearts and the actors have great chemistry. Hoping the plot is more fleshed out in s02.

Watched first 3 episodes and never bothered going back

First 3 seasons were OK, if somewhat repetitive and sickly, much too twee for my liking. I’d give those 3 seasons a 6-7. Season 4 though, the 6 year jump just didn’t work for me and it turns into more of a generic soap with a bunch of different storylines that I didn’t really give much of damn about. The thread that held the first 3 seasons together seemed to have been lost. Didn’t watch all of S4 I must admit so it might have got better, I couldn’t be bothered to find out though so binned it. Season 4 score 3-4 max. I have to say though I really don’t get why the show gets such rave reviews anyway, I mean it’s OK but not stellar 10 material by any stretch of the imagination IMO.
