Pretty fun rally racing OVA, based on roughly the first two volumes of a 5-volume manga. Has a decent mix of both comedy and racing drama. The main character, Gen Todoroki, feels somewhat similar to Joe Yabuki from Ashita no Joe. The supporting cast is also decent, and play off of Gen's personality quite well. None of the characters are all that memorable, but they were still written well enough to be enjoyable over the course of these two episodes. Recommended if you like old OVAs or car racing.
