This show far exceeded my expectations. I came into it, not knowing about the web series. As an avid smoker, the premise was enough for me to give it a shot. By the end of the first episode I was hooked. The way they go episode to episode with new characters, and the depth of each story is just perfect. It’s amazing, in a way. Each episode is different. Different characters, different background, colors, life choices .. yet .. I find myself connecting to each of them, and with this connection not only do I see them, but I also begin to see myself.

I love this show so much. Beautiful little vignettes that reveal a lot about ordinary people living in the big city. One of my favorite shows for sure.

This show has a depth to it I cannot explain. It's real, raw, amazing, haunting, beautiful. Watch it. I get the feeling that if they make enough episodes for me to watch, I might actually come closer to finding myself.

I would advise watching the web series first because it introduces you to characters that recur throughout the series. I feel like it eases you into the mood and style of storytelling much better than the first episode couple episodes of this series. Very good and different than most other shows out there.

I could not watch the full first episode because it was just so frantic like a giant psychedelic vomit. no connection with the people no care about whether they live or die or overdose or whatever and just got a bit bored of the incessant cheap shot shock tactics. maybe gets better but I couldn't bother.
