A mischievous orphan (voiced by Anndi McAfee) and her sickly cousin find joy and magic in a neglected garden on a British estate.

A brave boy named Temba (voiced by Jamil Walker Smith) ventures to find food and water for his drought-stricken village. But when he is given a set of magical bones, he uses them to gain riches for himself instead of sharing with his friends.
