A surprisingly excellent series. I was expecting a comedy, and while it does have some warmly humorous moments -- it sensitively deals with unexpected dark and thought provoking subject matter. Olivia Colman demonstrates a high level of acting versatility in her role, I'm a fan. A well-rounded story blending quirky humor with a plot that could have otherwise made this a bleak series.

This is one of those hidden gems that people tend to overlook, but over the years it gathers a small cult following. Very dark and strange, twisted and pretty sad for a comedy that deals with a very heavy and mature topic. It is very original, there aren't many shows like this. It reminded me of Chris Morris' Jam, because of it's dark story, with fitting visuals and sound. The cast is great, and the whole production feels coherent. Great soundtrack. Definitely not for everyone, but if you like Jam, Inside No. 9, and black humor you are in for a treat. (The second half feels better, but it's mostly because we get to know the characters by then.)

S2 has been disappointing so far.

This show is one I had to watch to the end on pure curiosity alone, at the same time I didn't want to watch it. I encourage people not to start watching it, if too late then at least it is a short show.
