In order to stop the mysterious "Penguin Empire" from interfering with world peace, secret organization "Prince Beauty Parlor" has developed a giant robot that is powered by a rare special energy source called "Hi-ERo particles." Organization member Kyōko Sonan has located an ordinary high school student, Kōichi Madanbashi, with high amounts of Hi-ERo particles, making him a suitable candidate to pilot of the giant robot. But there is only one way to release his particles: allow Madanbashi to persuade him with lewd behavior.

First off, only watch the BDs as this contains massive amounts of fanservice and ecchi. Secondly, I enjoyed this series for how silly the plot was... pilot had to fondle breasts to activate a robot to fight an evil organization. Unless you're a viewer that enjoys fanservice (in incredible amounts), this would be really the only reason to pick this up.
As far as this show is concerned I expected it to be rather ridiculous and that it was. It's a mindless ecchi but still a better mecha than Captain Earth anyways. The animation and designs are all rather bad but what can you expect from a show were penguins with front tails are the enemies.
