Just started watching Season 3, promised I wouldn't as IMO the storyline with Spector was overdone by Season 2! Many of the episodes in S 1/2 I found to be slow or boring. Off to a good start with Season 3 as episode 1 was slow AND boring! Over half of it was like watching a hospital reality show with the medical team operating on you know who. The rest of it was just different main players sat gazing into the distance. I'm hoping it'll pick up, but I'm guessing not. Probably one of those shows I wish I'd never seen. I'm all for dark and deep, just not for dismal and dull.

Very disappointed with how series three ends.

It all gets very tired as it stumbles to a close. The man hating. The incompetent police that can’t catch a 16 year old girl, despite her constantly showing up in her presence. Our protagonist permanently whispering, and womansplaining sanctimonious speeches to witless men, despite being near constantly wrong herself. Women falling, and staying, under the spell of a serial killer that demonstrates no charm whatsoever. Moronic police procedures that treat confessed serial killers with less attention to custody than shoplifters receive. And on and on. A good start ruined by a dragged out and nonsensical end.

An adequate ending for such a lovely, heartwarming, funny and lighthearted series.

I have NEVER seen a TV show being dragged out so long yet not actually going anywhere. The entire season could have been wrapped up in one episode and it would not have made it feel rushed. If I'm ever really ill and need to go into hospital I'm heading to Belfast general cause there is no shortage of beds and everyone gets their own personal nurse 24/7...and they never leave your bedside to sleep or go pee!!!
