Flying Wild Alaska is a documentary television series that aired on Discovery Channel in 2011 and 2012. The show features the Tweto family from Unalakleet, Alaska who run the Alaska airline Era Alaska. They operate the hub operations from Unalakleet. The show also features other segments from their bases in Barrow, Deadhorse, and other places.

When it comes to Reality TV geared for men, Flying Wild Alaska has the perfect recipe. Lots of information, plenty of danger, and not a lot of hyped up nonsense that never leads to anything dramatic. Best of all, it lacks the fabricated conflicts / antagonism that most of these types of shows are famous for... Probably because there's enough material to make a show about something interesting in and of itself.
