(from my old collection of anime reviews circa 2003) Mecha / occult / drama. Gasaraki is a Japanese dance, and here it forms the basis of awakening a power or something, with mechas involved somehow. The animation is stiff, the characters opaque. The way the dance is animated just looks funny. Couldn't hold my attention.
