First up: The team races to organize a fashion shoot with Tyson Beckford. They also plan a large-scale charity event featuring model Selita Ebanks.

In the Season 1 finale, Russell's posse oversee one of their most-important events, a celeb-laden charity party that finds the interns in heated competition for a sole available job.
