He had it all, talent, fame, opportunity! and watching him slowly lose control is absolutely heartbreaking. He’s so incredibly gifted, which makes his downward spiral even harder to witness. Throughout the documentary, you can’t help but feel a mix of admiration for who he is but also deep sadness for the choices that are destroying his life. Addiction doesn’t just dim his light... it threatens to extinguish it entirely. What makes this documentary so powerful is how raw and unfiltered it feels. There’s no sugarcoating, no dramatic exaggeration, just an open and honest portrayal of a man battling his demons in real time. The filmmakers don’t try to glamorize his lifestyle or justify his behavior. Instead, they present a painfully real picture of how destructive addiction can be, not only for him but for the people who care about him. At times, it’s difficult to watch, but that’s exactly what makes it important. It forces the audience to confront the reality behind celebrity culture. the pressure, the loneliness, and the consequences of unchecked substance abuse. I truly hope he comes to realize what he’s doing to himself and understands that seeking help isn’t weakness, but strength. This documentary stays with you long after it ends. It’s heartbreaking, eye-opening, and deeply human.
Ferry lost indeed, its very confronting seeing someone go down this path.. Truly wish him a big positive change in his life.
