Started good then got boring really quick. Very disappointing.

Not only is there no chemistry between the lead couple, but the trip to the Canary Islands seems like a mere decorative backdrop, but it plays so little role in the script that it could have taken place in another country. It's a rom-com that isn't funny and a rom-dram that isn't moving, a kind of hybrid that never quite works because it's bland and predictable. The Rodney subplot seems like a last-minute concoction to add some suspense to the final episode.
