Any time there are black or non-white actors added to a story that was told before with white characters I can’t wait to see all the white men crying in the comments. I am 40 and white but have an undamaged frontal lobe so I can still enjoy content with non-white characters. It’s like they don’t realize how small of a minority they have become and they are dying off everyday, literally. Till then I will keep enjoying well made shows, good acting and enjoy the tears of baby brained xenophobes.

Robin Hood 2025; Regardless of all the gender swapped, race swapped woke story telling, the "real" question every viewer will have going in would be... "I wonder whether Sean Bean will last longer than the first season?!"

2 episodes in, the writing and the direction are horrible. Instead of paying for Sean Bean, they should've put that money to hire some decent writers. And the actor playing Robin is just, not main character material, let's just say. MGM seems to throwing some money around for their shows, but not enough to hire competent people. Edit: Finished it and my review hasn't changed. If this show had actual decent writers and a much better lead actor, this could've been a very decent take on this story. The reviews from the dumbest human beings on the planet, racist garbage, are funny though.

I always liked the idea of Robin Hood. While the production value is really incredible, they should have invested in talented writers. Unfortunately, the show doesn’t deliver. I want Robin Hood to eat the rich and feed the poor. The cringy cheesy and plain terrible love bullshit was beyond bearable. I am not against the idea but the way it was handled. Other plot lines were similar all over the place, lacking panache and meaning. Priscilla was set up for further seasons, but so far, the only thing she really added was a (very) pretty face. Acting overall is okay, Sean Bean performs and remains kinda underrated. Huntingdon was performed incredible, as I constantly wanted to punch him. Long story short: not worth the watch. Pity.

These comments are so narrow-minded like most the cast is white and they get mad at one black person existing, imagine that. Anyhow, this is such a beautifully well-thought retelling of robin hood that may be simple in nature but has a well developed story and outstanding acting.
