If you didn't watch it don't bother, but since I started it I had to finish it. Cliche and has it moments, but a waste of time
Honestly, I spent the majority of this show vacillating between a 6 and a 7, but the way they executed the final episode was fantastic. Zero action, but it really showed you the dynamic that the show is aiming for. The craziness that comes from the diversity of the sisters personalities, all merging together around the MC, and it was hilarious. I don't know if I just got used to the style of comedy, or if the comedy just drastically increased, but the last couple of episodes had me cracking up. The standout sister for me was definitely Pina, an absolute troublemaker and instigator through and through...most of the funny moments surrounded her. The character growth in this show was also better than average with the MC starting off weak and insecure, and then actually growing into a stronger, more confident person over the course of the show due to his experiences. A lot of this stems from the fact that he is as OP as OP characters can get....I'm talking Cid Kageno level OP, though I think if Cid had his powers he would use them better. Animation and artwork were both slightly above average, some of the story arcs definitely could have been better, but this is all about the family, and the sisters, and the craziness that comes with it...and I'm here for more of it.
The character is humiliated for having the weakest ability, is left to die in a dungeon, has an encounter with a powerful being who trains him in a month, and ready, he is the strongest in the world. He goes searching for mana trees (his harem), he is a silly main character, lets his enemies escape, and wants to save everyone, even the villains. Only watch if you have extra time; otherwise, you can skip it.
This anime defintely has its moments, the first episode was kind of wtf started with a Shield Hero/Goblin Slayer dark vibe I am glad they didn't make the main character super OP. He's strong for his world but with boundaries. The Ygdrasil sisters and guardian characters are pretty cool, I hope there's more that comes from this it was interesting enough I'd watch another 12 episodes.
