A lot of nice ideas that never really reach their heights. Fun for the concepts. I wish they were better realized.
Completely agree with the other comment. Never really went anywhere. Very slow. Honestly, didn’t take it far enough, like if [spoiler]Cinderella actually turned people into the dolls[/spoiler], then I’d probably watch more, but I’m f done.
Mixed bag. I really liked episodes 1, 3 & 5 , 2 was ok but I still liked it, I had to read someone else's review to understand 4, and the only thing I liked about 6 was the art and animation. Overall it was still worth the watch foe as fairytale retellings is one of my favourite tropes.
I watched this series because i never really seen a horror anime. I was thinking it would be nice to see the twisted versions of these stories but it was very boring & slow. I watched all the episodes but it wasn’t a great watch. A lot of potential that wasn’t achieved.
