To catch a monster, you must get inside his head.
Follow South Africa’s first forensic and investigative psychologist, Micki Pistorius (played by Charlotte Hope), as she studies the minds of South Africa's serial killers. Catch Me A Killer is an adaptation of Micki's autobiography that details her work as the first female criminal profiler in the country, which is brought to life as the events are depicted in the series.

An amazing insight into this dangerous time and the demands and pressures put onto law enforcement. It was like living a PTSD nightmare every day with no escape. Many didn't survive the expectations placed upon them.
[Séries Mania '24] Planned in part as a procedural, but it doesn't focus so much on the investigations but on the way in which the protagonist is progressively affected by her personal involvement. The series provides a solid staging through photography that shows a dark color, enveloping the cities through which the protagonist passes in a similar texture, an atmosphere that is claustrophobic. But by choosing not to limit to being a procedural, it proposes a more reflective look at the nature of evil through murderers who are also trapped in their own internal traumas.
Good program but the smoking is over the top.reminds me of mind hunters
