This is beautiful, yet sad and sobering depiction of authoritarian regime. Based on USSR’s reality, but easy to extrapolate to any version of fascism, communism, or monoleadership. And if you think series does not give true picture of those times behind the iron curtain, you are correct. KGB agents were much more vile and brutal creatures. Still not as dehumanized, as Stasi was.
