Claude was the star of this show
dropped it after 2 episode. not what you expect from Tina Fey. Very boring
A good mix of cringe and very funny moments. Colman Domingo was particularly excellent as Danny but I did really enjoy Tina Fey and Steve Carell too. And the daughter's play was my absolute favourite scene. Closely followed by the Candle in the Wind scene - those faces!
No this not a show about the hotels in white lotus, and no it’s not the same has the original movie, and yes, Will Ferrell is a bad driver
Basically a modernized retelling of Alan Alda’s 1981 film “The Four Seasons.” This retelling of the film treats its audience with fun performances from a talented cast including Tina Fey, Will Forte, Colman Domingo, and Steve Carrell who are all really good with their roles. My favorite of the bunch, however, was definitely Marco Calvani who gives a wonderful energetic performance as Domingo’s lover, Claude. I must admit, though, this show has a lot of frame-by-frame remaking of the original film, so it really just comes down to which version of this story you connect with more, and I admittedly connected more with Alan Alda’s original film. In episodes 7 & 8 this show does take a pretty jaw-dropping detour from the original story that I wasn’t expecting and easily brings us the best moments of this story because, you know, the originality is nice. So, in short, this is a pretty fun short series, but I’d probably recommend the film first.
